Remedial Massage Therapist / Myotherapist

Williamstown Health + Lifestyle is looking for a Remedial Massage Therapist or Myotherapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Williamstown.

This is an ongoing contractor opportunity across three regular shifts per week, including Saturday.

The role

We are looking for a therapist who enjoys working in a clinical environment and wants to become an active part of our broader allied health team.

The role includes:

• Three regular shifts per week, including Saturday
• Providing Remedial Massage and/or Myotherapy treatment to a broad patient population
• Assessing patients and developing appropriate treatment plans
• Managing musculoskeletal, sporting and general presentations
• Communicating and collaborating with other WHL practitioners when appropriate
• Developing strong ongoing relationships with patients and building your caseload within the clinic

About you

We would love to hear from a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist or Myotherapist who:

• Holds appropriate qualifications and professional registration
• Is eligible to provide private health fund rebates where applicable
• Holds current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• Has excellent communication and patient management skills
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
• Is reliable, professional and motivated to develop a strong caseload
• Is available for three regular shifts per week, including Saturday

Pay: $32.58 – $76.89 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 18.0 per week
