About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Workshop Technician / Vehicle Accessory Fitter to join our busy workshop, preparing our fleet and equipment for projects across Australia. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

This is a full-time residential position, working Monday to Friday, 10-hour days, offering great work-life balance with your weekends free.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role you'll:

• Install vehicle accessories including bull bars, trays, side steps and other aftermarket equipment.

• Prepare company vehicles and equipment for mobilisation to site.

• Assist tradespeople with workshop maintenance and mechanical tasks.

• Wash, detail and present vehicles to a high standard.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused workshop.

• Contribute to a positive team culture while delivering quality workmanship.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing things properly and works well as part of a team.

Ideally you'll have:

• Mechanical aptitude or previous workshop experience.

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

• A current Australian Driver's Licence.

• Current Australian work rights.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Forklift Licence.

• Trade qualification or experience in a mechanical or automotive environment.
