Assistant Property Manager

About the role

This full-time Assistant Property Manager role at First National Swans Residential in Aveley WA 6069 offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team managing residential properties. You will play a key role in supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, from tenant relations to maintenance coordination.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio

2. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly

3. Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs

4. Collect and process rent payments, maintaining accurate financial records

5. Prepare and process lease documentation, including renewals and vacates

6. Support the marketing and leasing of available properties

7. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellent customer service and high tenant satisfaction

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Property Assistant or in a similar support role within the real estate industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and contractors

3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail

4. Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite

5. Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant legislation

6. A friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented approach
