The Opportunity
Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests, and we are seeking an enthusiastic Barista who thrives in a fast-paced, fun and customer-focused environment.

As a Barista, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure smooth daily operations across our busy café outlets.

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

• Previous barista experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Ability to prepare high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience using POS systems
• A positive, reliable, and team-focused approach
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light menu items
• Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
• Taking orders and processing transactions via POS
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked work area
• Supporting daily café operations, including opening and closing duties
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
