Sales Administrator Traineeship

About the role:
Join an established, Australian‑owned organisation that has been operating nationally since 1995. With a strong warehouse and distribution network, this leading provider specialises in innovative industrial consumables, spill control and safety products.

Based at the Regency Park branch, this Sales Administrator Traineeship offers a structured earn‑while‑you‑learn opportunity, combining paid, hands‑on experience with a nationally recognised qualification. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable sales and business skills while working towards quarterly sales targets in a supportive team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting walk-in customers with product enquiries and sales
• Processing sales transactions and customer payments
• Preparing and following up customer quotes
• Entering orders accurately into SAP
• Resolving customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Assisting with picking/packing customer orders and supporting delivery activities as required
• Maintaining a professional, organised and customer-focused work environment  

Location: Regency Park
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm

About you:

• Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
• You must be committed to a 24-month Traineeship (career progression offered after successful completion)
• Driver’s License and reliable car (preferred)
