About the role
Employment & Training Manager
Wunan Foundation is a leading Aboriginal development organisation based in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Its purpose is to ensure that Aboriginal people enjoy the capabilities and opportunities necessary to make positive choices that lead to independent, fulfilling lives.
Purpose of the role
The Employment & Training Manager is responsible for delivering culturally appropriate employment, training, workforce development, and engagement services to Aboriginal individuals, organisations, schools, and key stakeholders.
The role supports increased Aboriginal participation in education, training, apprenticeships, traineeships, and employment while strengthening partnerships with employers, government agencies, educational institutions, and community organisations.

☒ Satisfactory Criminal History Check (not older than 6 months)
☒ Current Working with children clearance
☒ Current Australian unrestricted ‘C’ class Driver’s license
