Patient Services/Booking Officer

• Permanent Part Time, 45 hours per fortnight working Monday to Friday

• Booking of patient surgery and hospital admissions.
• Working collaboratively and in consultation with all hospital departments particularly theatre management.
• Liaising with external medical specialist practices and health funds

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• High level organisation skills, attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
• Previous experience within a hospital environment or specialist medical practice will be held in high regard
