Plastics Factory Hand — Gold Coast

We're a Gold Coast plastics fabrication business supplying custom-made products to customers across Australia. Small team, busy workshop, no corporate nonsense.

You'll be a key part of our factory team — cutting, packing and moving stock. It's hands-on work in a good environment, with a genuine path into skilled fabrication if that's what you're after.

Day to day:

• Operating the table saw, cutting sheet and rod to size

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

• Forklift work — loading and unloading deliveries

• Keeping the workshop clean, tidy and safe

• Current forklift licence, or willingness to get one (we can help)

• Reliable — you turn up on time and do what you say you'll do

• Good with your hands and happy to learn

• Comfortable with a tape measure and basic measurements

• A decent attitude and someone who fits into a small team

No previous plastics experience needed. We'll teach you what you need to know.

For the right person, there's a clear path into skilled work:

• Plastic welding and tank fabrication

• CNC machining

• Laser cutting

We train from within and we're happy to invest in someone who wants to build a trade.
