Senior Site Manager - Landscape Construction

Space Landscape Construction is a South Australian owned and operated, commercial landscaping company. We are focused and committed on the delivery of world class projects, with client satisfaction our number one priority. Our current clients include local and state government, Tier 1 Builders, as well as private development companies.

Due to increasing demand, we are looking to fill the role of a Site Manager.

The Role:

An experienced, hands on Site Manager is required for various projects located throughout South Australia.

The role will suit someone looking for variety, who wants to further enhance their skill set, has a positive attitude and understands that our client is our number one priority.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, schedule & effectively manage a team

• Provide direction to team members

• Meet project deadlines

• Control & monitor OHS standards on site

• Inventory control

• Inspect all sites to ensure quality standards are met

• Liaise with subcontractors and ordering of materials as required

• Undertake all aspects of hard and soft landscaping works

Essential Criteria:

• Have experience in similar environment (minimum 3 years)

• Clean, Current Drivers Licence (MR Licence highly regarded)

• White Card

• Excavator and Skidsteer licence highly regarded

• Ability to read and interpret plans

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent planning, organisation and problem solving skills

• Able to give direction clearly

• MUST have an eye for detail and high expectations about quality

• Happy to work in a hands on role and lead from the front
