About the role

At jennys gourmet bakery', we are seeking a talented and passionate Front of House Team Member | Barista to join our dynamic casual team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delightful coffee experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression

• Taking orders, processing payments, and providing friendly and efficient service

• Preparing high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages to our customers' satisfaction

• Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area, ensuring a pleasant dining environment

• Assisting with other duties as required, such as restocking and light food preparation

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry

• Strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to uphold our high standards
