Civil works Traffic controller MR driver

About the role

MS Civil is seeking a full-time Civil Works Traffic Controller / MR Truck driver desirable to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of civil construction tasks, contributing to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Performing general site duties, including site setup,

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Following all safety procedures and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Supporting the broader construction team as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in civil works or in a similar construction role

• Must have a current traffic control license/ certificate to implement site signage and stop/slow control

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

• Commitment to safety and a strong safety-first mindset

• Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude

• Current construction industry white card
