We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Advisor to join our team at Warrawoona and play a key role in shaping and supporting our safety-first culture on site.

Provide guidance and mentorship to OH&S Advisors, Trainers, and Supervisors, supporting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Promote a positive safety culture through visible leadership, open communication, and proactive engagement with the workforce.
Act as a role model for safety, demonstrating “above-the-line” behaviours aligned with company values.
Lead and participate in daily prestart meetings, safety interactions and workplace inspections to influence safe behaviours.
Support and mentor line supervisors and employees in understanding and fulfilling their health and safety responsibilities.
Facilitate and verify risk assessments, JHAs and critical control verifications for high-risk activities.
Lead and assist with incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified, corrective actions are developed and findings are communicated across site.
Monitor the close-out of events and associated actions within INX.
Conduct workplace inspections, audits and verifications across all departments.
Develop, monitor and maintain required OH&S registers as required by the OH&S Management System.
Monitor Health and Safety compliance in line with current legislation, Codes of Practice and industry standards.
Execute allocated role within the Emergency Management team in the event of any emergency or crisis situations.
About You
Be a confident, approachable and proactive OH&S professional who thrives in a team environment and enjoys engaging with people at all levels of site operations.
Have a strong understanding of safety systems and legislation and a passion for building a positive, safety-focused culture.
To be successful, you will bring:
