About the role

As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all properties are clean, well-maintained, and prepared for guest arrivals. You'll be helping to keep beautiful holiday homes sparkling clean and guest-ready. It's hands-on, satisfying work across the Sapphire Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms, and common spaces

• Pay close attention to detail and ensure all surfaces are disinfected, particularly high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, remotes)

• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries as needed

• Ensure all linens are cleaned and stored properly

• Ensure the property is ready for guests by checking for any maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness concerns

• Report any issues immediately to the Property Manager or Maintenance team

• Ensure that each property has enough cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items

• Set up the property to make it feel welcoming for guests, including fluffing pillows and straightening decor

• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and towels as needed

• Availability on weekends

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Experience is a bonus – but not essential
