Customer Sales & Service Coordinator

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Sales & Service Coordinator to join a supportive and collaborative team with Aluminium industry experience is must. This is a non-customer-facing sales support role where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and providing administrative and technical support to both customers and the internal sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in providing accurate and timely customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.Process sales orders, quotations, and customer credits accurately.Follow up on quotations and provide customers with order updates and lead times.Provide technical product information and general product support.Liaise with customers to resolve enquiries in a professional and timely manner.Support the internal sales team with administrative and customer service tasks.Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales Administration role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.High attention to detail and accuracy.Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
