The Team & Role
Join a small, passionate and highly collaborative team within the Office for Research at Bayside Health (Peninsula), where you will play a vital role in supporting research that contributes to better healthcare outcomes for our community. Reporting to the Director of Research, the Office Coordinator is the central point of administrative support for the team, helping to facilitate research review and approval processes while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This varied and rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, support key committees through meeting coordination and minute-taking, contribute to meaningful research projects, and help deliver high-profile events, including Research Week. Ideal for a proactive and organised professional, this position provides the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic research environment while building strong relationships across the health and research sectors.
