What you’ll doAs our Manager - Aged Care Services, you'll:Lead the strategic direction and optimisation of our Support at Home and CHSP services.Provide expert advice on aged care reform, funding changes and future service models.Drive high-quality, person-centred service delivery across multiple programs.Partner with operational leaders to embed consistency, compliance and continuous improvement.Lead transformational change initiatives that support growth and sustainability.Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and service efficiency
What you’ll bringSignificant experience leading aged care services.Expert knowledge of Support at Home and CHSP programs with excellent commercial and operational awareness.Experience implementing change within a large, complex environment.A strong grasp of compliance, funding and sector reform.The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and connection.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
