New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Midland City MG, GWM & Geely are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional or an ambitious salesperson looking to build a rewarding career with Australia's fastest-growing automotive brands. Representing MG, GWM and Geely, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their lifestyle and needs.

You don’t need years of automotive sales experience — we can teach you the product knowledge and sales process. What matters most is your passion for automotive, positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to build strong relationships with customers. As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:

• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional vehicle buying experience
• Understand customer needs and provide expert product knowledge across the MG, GWM & Geely model range
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while highlighting vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities while achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Manage customer enquiries and provide consistent follow-up throughout the sales journey
• Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete sales administration processes
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance
• Maximise sales opportunities across 3 exciting automotive brands

• Passionate about the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A motivated, results-driven sales professional with a strong desire to achieve targets
• Financially driven with a passion for negotiating and closing deals
• A confident communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Well presented, professional and committed to achieving success
• Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and computer literacy
• Focused on continuously delivering results while exceeding customer expectations
• Available to work late nights on Wednesdays and a half-day on Saturdays

• Current WA Driver's Licence
• Vehicle Salesperson's Licence, or the ability to obtain one
• Proven success within a dealership sales environment is highly regarded
