About the Role

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our Adelaide team. You will play a crucial role in providing technical support and resolving issues related to our applications and software systems. You will work closely with end-users, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our applications, identify and resolve problems, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our software systems. Key Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers and internal staff in accordance with HAMBS Service Management processes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders in a positive manner and as required to support business processes and improvements.
• Ensure that assigned support tickets are actioned and completed as per the specification of our Service Level Agreement obligations.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of incidents, service requests and problems where required.
• Assist in prioritisation of problem requests as required and ensure that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve problems in applications and services.
• Document and close problems according to agreed procedures as required.
• Perform in depth functional analysis of all tickets.
• Serve as a key escalation point for any work within your team.
• Prioritise and diagnose incidents and requests according to agreed procedures.
• Perform ticket management, troubleshooting and resolution or escalation to other support teams, according to the existing Incident Management Policy and Process.

About You

• Tertiary level qualifications in IT or related discipline (desirable), or relevant experience (essential).
• Proven experience in application support or a similar technical role.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and ability to write and execute queries.
• An understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Software Quality Assurance, Software Deployment and Software Development Methodologies.
• Familiarity with C#, ASP.Net, .NET Core.
• Experience with troubleshooting API’s using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Elastic Stack.
• Strong customer service mindset, with demonstrated ability to deliver customer value and high-quality service.
• ITIL understanding and experience in incident and service request management processes.
