Key Responsibilities:

• Providing nurturing care that supports every child’s growth
• Creating a safe, secure, and welcoming space for all
• Designing fun, inclusive recreational and educational activities
• Building positive, collaborative relationships with your team

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential 
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
