This position plays a key role in the success of John Holland’s Infrastructure business unit, supporting multiple members of the Senior Leadership Team based at Flinders Gate VIC. You will assist with all aspects of day-to-day activities including diary management, client communication, project events and activities and preparation of project reports amongst other duties.

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the General Managers and provide ad hoc support to their teams
• Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices, and purchaser requisitions
• Oversee and coordinate Management diaries, which will include scheduling and calendar planning.
• Coordinate all aspects of internal and client meetings, preparing agendas, typing minutes, and distributing to the relevant stakeholders
• Provide Administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports for current and potential customers
• Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the General Manager
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Communication with client representatives, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders as needed

• An excellent people person with well-developed communication skills
• Able to treat sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
