Carpenter - Residential & Commercial

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tradesman Carpenter to join our team at No Bull Residential & Commercial Constructions Pty Ltd. As a Tradesman Carpenter, you will play a vital role in the construction and maintenance of our residential and commercial projects in Singleton NSW 2330. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of building and renovation tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry tasks such as framing, roofing, flooring, and the installation of doors, windows, and other fixtures

• Read and interpret plans, and specifications to ensure work is completed to the required standards

• Use a range of hand and power tools proficiently and safely

• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless project delivery

• Assist in the supervision and mentoring of apprentice carpenters

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

About you

• Formal qualification in Carpentry, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tradesman Carpenter, preferably in the residential and commercial construction industry

• Strong working knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes and regulations

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
