We are on the hunt for an experienced, passionate and service-driven Leasing Executive to join our team at HOME Southbank. Add your flair, drive, and personality to the team and create a welcoming, authentic and genuine connection with everyone who walks through the door. Let’s be clear - this is not your typical leasing role! No maintenance management, no travelling and no managing multiple landlords and buildings. Only the most exhilarating elements of these roles have been collated for an exciting position in our premium property.

You'll step up and be responsible for:

• Handling enquiries from prospective residents

• Showcasing a premium residential building, apartments and amenities

• Application management

• Lease negotiation and signing

• Coordinating move-ins and move-outs

• Conducting market reviews and assisting with the development and implementation of strategic plans

• Renewals and renewal strategy for current residents

• Database management

• Report preparation
