Better Self Psychology is growing in all the right ways! We’re looking for full-time Clinical Lead to join our team at Plympton, to do meaningful therapy, and support the growth and development of our psychologists.

The Leadership Role

There is an opportunity for a Clinical Lead to help shape the future of the practice at Better Self. This leadership position would involve supporting and mentoring psychologists at all stages of their careers, providing clinical guidance on complex cases, and fostering the collaborative team culture we’re known for. In this role, you’ll contribute to developing therapy programs, refining best practices, and strengthening how the team works together. You may also be involved in recruitment and onboarding, facilitating team check-ins and workshops, and maintaining high standards in client care, while continuing to manage a balanced clinical caseload.

What We’re Looking For

• Master of Clinical Psychology Qualification
• Board Approved Supervisor Registration
• AHPRA + Medicare registration
• Professional Indemnity + Public Liability insurance
• NDIS Workers Check
• Current Police Clearance + DHS Working with Children Check
