Bambella Designs is a woman‑owned, family‑focused baby brand creating stylish, practical products for parents. We’re looking for a creative and versatile Marketing Specialist to help grow our digital presence and produce engaging content across social media and digital channels.

About the Role
This is a hands‑on content and digital marketing role ideal for a creative all‑rounder. You’ll manage social media, create content, support digital advertising, optimise SEO, and coordinate influencer gifting and PR. Casual hours 10-15 hours per week with the opportunity to grow hours and move into part‑time for the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Create, film and edit content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

• Manage social media accounts, posting, engagement and community interactions

• Plan and execute content calendars and digital campaigns

• Oversee influencer partnerships, gifting and PR outreach

• Support Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO improvements

• Assist with email marketing, website updates and digital optimisation

• Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to improve results

What You Bring

• Experience in social media management and content creation

• Strong creative skills (video, reels, graphics, storytelling)

• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO basics and paid ads

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

• Experience with influencers or PR gifting is a bonus

• E‑commerce experience preferred but not essential
