Work Location: Opportunities are FIFOfrom Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites.

Rosters available: Our rosters range from 7D7N14R OR 7D7N7R depending on site and department.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on large-scale mining equipmentUndertake general fabrication duties and repairsCollaborate with the maintenance teams to achieve 100% schedule compliance.Maintain compliance with Fortescue and site-specific safety procedures and policiesEnsure all maintenance works are completed to a high standard

Qualifications And Experience

Australian recognised Trade Certificate in FabricationPrevious experience working on large scale mining equipment, in an operational environmentHigh level of safety awareness and orientationDemonstrated interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a teamExperience using Microsoft programs and computer based maintenance systems (SAP desirable)Current C Class Drivers Licence
