EatFirst is seeking an experienced and passionate Corporate Barista to join our team at a

prestigious corporate client site in Sydney CBD.

Previous barista experience is essential for this role.

About the Role

As a Corporate Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and

customer service within a professional corporate environment while supporting hospitality

operations across the workplace.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee and beverages

• Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service

• Building strong relationships with regular corporate clients

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented café and service area

• Assisting with food presentation when required

• Managing stock levels and replenishing café supplies

• Supporting meeting room and hospitality requirements as needed

• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times

• Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team

• Coordinating boardroom setups, catering services, and meeting room requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Full Australian working rights (no Working Holiday Visa applicants)

• Minimum 1-2 years' barista experience in a café, hospitality, or corporate environment

• Ability to produce high volumes of coffee while maintaining quality and consistency

• Strong milk texturing and latte art skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current NSW RSA certificate (advantageous but not essential)

• Professional presentation and grooming standards

• Complete black-and-white corporate uniform:

  • Black trousers

  • White long-sleeved shirt

  • Black closed-toe shoes
