Diabetes Educator - Registered Nurse

What You'll Be Doing
As a Diabetes Educator, you will work within a dynamic clinical service to provide high-quality, person-centred care to people living with diabetes.
Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:
Provide diabetes education and support to patients and their familiesSupport patients to build confidence in diabetes self-managementCollaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimise patient careContribute to the ongoing development and delivery of a high-quality diabetes education serviceDevelop and provide a broad range of clinical services to people with diabetes

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
