Workshop Manager – APLUS Towing

APLUS Towing is seeking a switched-on and highly motivated Workshop Manager to lead our maintenance team and keep our busy fleet on the road.

This is a full-time, hands-on role requiring approximately 50 hours per week. Because the towing industry is highly dynamic, we require a manager who is flexible with their working hours to meet changing operational demands.

What We Are Looking For

• Fleet Management: A proactive approach to overseeing servicing, repairs, and keeping our trucks compliant.

• Mechanically Minded: You have a strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy vehicles to oversee maintenance (formal mechanical certification is not required).

• Tech Savvy: Basic I.T. skills are essential; an online fleet maintenance program is in use.

• Leadership: Excellent people and time management skills to direct and support the workshop crew efficiently.

• Licences: A valid Car Licence and Forklift Licence are mandatory. An existing Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence, or a willingness to obtain one, is highly preferred
