ICT Daily Operations Manager

Plenty Valley Christian College is seeking an experienced and service-oriented ICT Daily Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of ICT support services across our College community.

Reporting to the ICT Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the ICT Helpdesk and support team, ensuring timely and professional technical support for staff and students, overseeing device and system operations, and driving continuous improvement in ICT service delivery.

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the ICT Helpdesk and support team.
• Ensure efficient resolution of ICT support requests and incidents.
• Manage device deployment, maintenance and support using modern management platforms.
• Monitor service levels, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and user account management.
• Oversee patching, backups, business continuity processes and system maintenance.
• Provide senior-level technical support and assist with ICT projects.

You will be a proactive and organised ICT professional with:

• Experience in ICT service desk or technical support leadership.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing Helpdesk systems, ticket workflows and support teams.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies, device management platforms (Intune/Jamf Pro) and ICT infrastructure.
• A commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• A willingness to support and promote the Christian ethos of the College.
