About the Role:

Mader is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in high volume recruitment across both white collar and blue collar roles.

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end resourcing, shortlisting and on-boarding of skilled Mechanical Trades and well as a wide range of white collar roles.

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM at our brand new Applecross Office.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives

• Advertise on various platforms (ie. Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and company website)

• Talent search passive candidates through various networks

• Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process

• Conducting face-to-face and video interviews

• Pro-active candidate sourcing through various platforms – referrals, talent search, social media, LinkedIn etc.

• Prepare and manage employment offers & on-boarding process

• Ad hoc administration and reporting tasks as required 

 Skills & Experience:

• Experience in both white and blue collar recruitment

• Full Australian Working Rights 

• Prior experience using PageUp is highly advantageous

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Valid C class driver license
