The Opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support three members of our C-Suite leadership team. This trusted role offers exposure to executive decision-making, Board-level engagement, and collaboration with global stakeholders. 

You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing executive documentation, and providing seamless support in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, discretion, initiative, and strong communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite executives. 

• Manage complex diaries, meetings, and global travel arrangements. 

• Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and executive papers. 

• Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and workshops. 

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 

About You 

Essential 

• 5-10 years' Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives. 

• Proven expertise in complex diary management and international travel coordination. 

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). 

• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills. 

• Ability to work independently and proactively. 

Desirable 

• Experience within a global and/or ASX-listed organisation. 

• Exposure to Board-level operations and governance.
