We are currently recruiting full time position of this role for the following departments:

• Restaurant & In-Room Dining

• Banquets / Event Operations

Responsibilities of Food & Beverage Supervisor:

• Be actively involved in the day to day operations in the outlets

• Welcome, engage, and build rapport with guests

• Co-ordinate the service of all meal periods

• Conduct daily briefings engaging team members and aligning them with departmental goals 

• Liaise with other departments within the hotel and communicate relevant information to ensure they are aware of all hotel activities

• Co-ordinate food and beverage stock requisitions

• Process all forms of cashiering

• Carry out administrative duties responding to guest enquiries and following up internal emails within set time frames

• Be involved in rostering and daily online shift approvals

• Oversee the supervision and training of associates and ensure consistency in service and product delivery

• Ensure all standards and procedures in regards to HACCP are followed as outlined in the guidelines

Requirements:

• Full working rights in Australia

• Current NSW RSA accreditation

• The availability to work a variety of shifts over a seven-day rotating roster

• Outstanding English Communication Skill

• Outstanding communication, leadership and people management skills with previous experience in leading and managing a team

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.

• Solid previous experience leading restaurant teams.

• Excellent personal presentation

• A true passion for customer service
