Administration Officer

About the role:

We're currently seeking a Patient Administration Officer to join our friendly team at St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane on a permanent part-time basis. You will bring your passion to the position where you will work across various specialities within the Hospital.

A snapshot of your duties would include:

• Hospital Reception and switchboard operations
• Perform a wide range of administrative duties across the hospital, which may include areas of reception, admissions, medical records and ward clerk relief; and
• Supporting our clinical team with administrative duties in providing services to our patients

• Ability to work on permanent part-time basis (30.4 hours per week)
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with others quickly

• Strong work ethic and good understanding of patient confidentiality
• Adaptable to changing priorities, with the ability to shift focus day to day
• Must be available to work between the hours of 6:30am and 7:30pm
