We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support our leadership team and help deliver the exceptional guest experience SK Steak & Oyster is known for.

Your Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service every shift. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and senior leadership team, you'll play an important role in maintaining our high standards while helping to develop a positive and high-performing team culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

You'll lead from the front by:

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy, premium restaurant.

• Leading, motivating and mentoring the front-of-house team throughout service.

• Creating exceptional guest experiences that keep customers coming back.

• Ensuring service standards, presentation and venue expectations are consistently maintained.

• Assisting with team training and developing capability through coaching and support.

• Working closely with the kitchen and leadership team to deliver seamless service.

• Monitoring service flow and resolving guest enquiries with professionalism and confidence.

• Maintaining food safety, compliance and operational standards.

• Contributing to a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.

About You

You're an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.

You'll also bring:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior section waiter in a premium hospitality venue.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused during busy service periods.

• Experience leading and motivating front-of-house teams.

• A current RSA Certificate.

• Full Australian working rights.
