Strategy & Ops Lead

Having recently closed several major enterprise contracts, their product demand is actively outstripping their operational delivery capacity.

They are now seeking a highly structured, commercially astute Strategy & Operations Lead to join their Melbourne office and work directly alongside the Founders and build their operational delivery engine. 

The Opportunity

This role is designed for a highly structured, systems-minded professional looking to take true operational ownership in a hyper-growth environment. 

Your core mandate is to build the operational engine that allows the business to scale. 

While your immediate priority will be to streamline complex enterprise rollouts and architect a scalable global delivery model, your role will rapidly expand to encompass broader strategic operations, cross-functional leadership, and defining the company’s operating cadence.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside the Founders to solve high-priority operational challenges across the business.
• Translate bespoke early-stage successes into structured frameworks and repeatable playbooks.
• Identify friction points across Go-To-Market and Product functions, building the processes that enable the company to scale efficiently.
• Partner directly with senior leaders (VP and C-suite level) at major enterprise clients to align on strategic deployments and long-term business value.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment – whether that is a high-growth tech startup, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a demanding corporate strategy role. You are accustomed to tackling complex problems and delivering clear results.
• A natural systems thinker who excels at bringing structure to ambiguity and building sustainable processes from the ground up.
• Exceptional communication skills and high EQ, with the maturity and confidence to navigate complex dynamics with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• A relentless drive to take total ownership of a problem space and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Note: Deep engineering expertise is not required; an aptitude for mastering B2B software platforms is sufficient – you will have the backing of some of the best engineering minds in the country!
