Sales Coordinator – 4WD + Automotive Accessories

Join an Australian manufacturer of premium 4WD and touring vehicle interior products, working with leading automotive brands.
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This is a customer-focused sales role where you’ll work directly with retail and trade customers, helping them select products and build packages for their vehicles, from initial enquiry and quoting through to ordering and after-sales support.
You’ll work closely with our Directors, our manufacturing team and installers, developing a strong understanding of our products and the vehicles we work on.
The role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with customers, is organised and confident with computers, and has an interest in 4WDs, touring, vehicles or the automotive industry.

DOTI Automotive was established in 1975. We design and manufacture premium vehicle interior products and distribute industry-leading automotive brands through our three divisions: Car Consoles, Loaded Drawers and Ergodrive.
Our products include consoles, drawer systems, automotive seating and other interior enhancements designed to improve the comfort and functionality of 4WD and touring vehicles.

THE ROLE
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing retail and trade customer enquiries in person, over the phone, by email and onlineUnderstanding customers' vehicles, requirements and budgets, and recommending suitable products and optionsPreparing quotes and following sales enquiries through to ordersProcessing orders, invoices and other sales administrationProviding a high standard of pre-sale and after-sales customer supportCoordinating with our manufacturing and installation teams to keep customers informedAssisting with stock control, sales reporting and general office administrationWorking closely with the Directors and Marketing Manager to support sales and customer satisfaction
As your product knowledge develops, you’ll gain exposure to 4WDs and touring vehicles, automotive accessories, seating, audio and electrical equipment, manufacturing and complete vehicle fit-outs.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who:Genuinely enjoys dealing with customers and providing great serviceHas experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar customer-facing roleIs confident communicating with customers and comfortable guiding them through a purchaseIs organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and tasksHas strong written and verbal communication skillsIs confident using computers and learning new systemsIs familiar with Gmail, Google Docs and Google SheetsWorks well as part of a team and has a positive attitudeIs motivated to develop their skills and product knowledgeHas an interest in 4WDs, off-road vehicles, touring or the automotive industry
Automotive industry or product knowledge is an advantage, but it isn’t essential. We’re happy to teach the right person about our products and the vehicles we work with.
