💫 About the Role

As an Assistant Educator, you'll work alongside our experienced educators to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. You'll support daily routines, contribute to play-based learning experiences, and help build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators.

You'll become an important part of our close-knit team, where collaboration, encouragement, and genuine support are part of everyday life. We value open communication, celebrate successes together, and enjoy regular team-building activities and social events.

🎓 What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards it)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Blue Card

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing

• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
