CUSTOMER SERVICE, INSTALLATIONS & SALES COORDINATOR

Attic Group is a trusted Australian business with over 50 years' experience, specialising in attic storage, attic ladders and skylight installations for residential homes.

With a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a capable Customer Service, Installations and Sales Co-ordinator to join the team immediately and support the smooth delivery of jobs from sale through to installation and invoicing.

The Role:

You will be the key link between customers, trades and the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking and scheduling installation jobs (attic storage, ladders and skylights)

• Co-ordinating works with internal and external trades

• Liaising with customers on dates, access and job details

• Supporting and nurturing trade relationships

• Working closely with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover and job readiness

• Raising invoices and following up on on-time payments

• Sales administration and job documentation

• Occasional site visits as required

About You:

• Experience in residential building, construction or building products preferred

• Internal sales experience highly regarded

• Strong co-ordination, scheduling or customer service experience

• Confident communicator with trades, customers and sales teams

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
