🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Test Analyst, you will:• Work across multiple development teams to understand product and release requirements.• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to develop clear acceptance criteria.• Prepare test plans, test scenarios and test scripts.• Execute functional, integration and regression testing.• Identify, document and track defects through to resolution.• Support defect investigation and issue triage activities.• Prepare test execution and completion reports.• Contribute to Agile/Sprint delivery processes.• Work collaboratively with technical teams, business areas and external service providers.• Promote a positive, professional and collaborative team culture.
🔹 About YouThe successful candidate will demonstrate:✅ Strong end-to-end software testing experience, including test preparation, execution and reporting.✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.✅ Strong analytical, conceptual and interpretive capabilities.✅ High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned testing activities.✅ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.✅ Experience working within Agile, Scrum or Sprint-based delivery environments.
🔹 Desirable ExperienceExperience in any of the following will be highly regarded:• ServiceNow• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions• DevOps environments• Enterprise-scale technology programs• Complex integration and regression testing• Large-scale digital transformation initiatives
