About the Role

We’re looking for a capable and motivated Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Working closely with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator and broader construction team, you’ll help coordinate project activities, maintain accurate documentation and keep key stakeholders aligned throughout the delivery process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination, contract administration or a similar construction role who is ready to broaden their exposure and take greater ownership across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager across the planning and delivery of projects

• Coordinate project documentation, registers, reporting and approvals

• Assist with procurement, quotes, purchase orders and subcontractor engagement

• Track project milestones, variations, claims and extensions of time

• Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions

• Support quality assurance, compliance and handover documentation

• Help maintain strong communication between site and office-based teams

About You

You’ll bring:

• Experience in project coordination, contract administration or a similar role within construction

• Exposure to commercial, residential or medium-density construction projects

• A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline - preferred but not essential

• Strong organisation and document-control skills

• Clear and confident communication

• The ability to manage competing priorities and follow tasks through

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction project-management systems
