Facilities Officer

St Patrick’s College Townsville is an independent, Catholic, secondary girls' day and boarding school in the Mercy tradition. With a stunning oceanfront campus, the College offers young women an educational experience empowering them to dare to imagine their future.

The College is seeking applications for the position of Facilities Officer. This role supports the maintenance, presentation and day-to-day operation of the College campus and boarding facilities, helping to ensure a safe, functional and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. Working as part of the Facilities Team, the position contributes to building maintenance, grounds and property upkeep, event support, student transport, and the delivery of operational services across the College.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team member who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a varied role. You will be reliable, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to the maintenance, presentation and smooth operation of the College environment. Experience in facilities, maintenance, grounds or property services will be highly regarded.

The role is full-time and ongoing, working 38 hours per week in accordance with the operational requirements of the College.
