The Department for Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential and important government services to our community.

Service SA delivers streamlined transactional and regulatory services across multiple channels, ensuring accessible, efficient interactions for customers.

The Team Leader Customer Experience function leads the delivery of consistent, customer‑centred services across Service SA’s multichannel environment, ensuring alignment with organisational and regulatory priorities. It focuses on analysing customer feedback, managing high‑level correspondence (including Ministerial enquiries), and supporting regulatory initiatives, while providing leadership to the team to improve service quality and outcomes.

Special Conditions

• A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
• A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
• Some out of hours and weekend work along with some intra/interstate travel may be required. 

RemunerationASO5 - $92,122 to $102,456 pa + superannuation.
