Continuous Improvement Business Partner

In Australia and New Zealand, Eaton Electrical are witnessing impressive growth across our end-to-end power distribution, circuit protection and power quality divisions.

To assist us on our growth and transformation journey we are seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Business Partner to lead a newly created role responsible for defining and driving our Continuous Improvement strategy across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This is a unique opportunity to build the roadmap, establish the framework, and embed a culture of continuous improvement that supports sustainable growth.

Key Duties

Develop and execute the ANZ Continuous Improvement strategy and multi-year roadmap. Establish and manage an enterprise-wide improvement pipeline. Identify and deliver high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer outcomes. Drive process simplification, standardisation, and operating model improvements across the business. Coach and develop leaders and teams in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Partner with senior stakeholders to support transformation and organisational design initiatives. Track, measure, and communicate the value and impact of improvement programs. Identify opportunities to leverage automation, digital technologies, and AI to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Transformation roles. Proven experience developing and implementing Continuous Improvement strategies, frameworks, or roadmaps. Track record delivering measurable business improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, or productivity. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimisation methodologies. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Lean or Six Sigma certification highly regarded.
