Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator

Bricko Toys is a collectibles store specialising in rare and retired LEGO® sets, diecast cars, TCG and other collectibles.

We're looking for a creative and social-media-savvy person to help build the Bricko Toys brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.

This isn't just a role where you'll be sitting behind a computer scheduling posts.

We're looking for someone who can come up with ideas, pick up a camera, shoot content and turn those ideas into videos and photos people actually want to watch.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop creative ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts and other social content
• Film short-form videos of our brand
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Post and schedule content across our social media accounts
• Develop recurring video series that customers recognise and follow
• Help promote store events, launches and special releases
• Monitor comments, engagement, views and content performance
• Work directly with the owners and team to turn ideas into content

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form content
• Has a strong creative eye
• Can regularly come up with new video ideas
• Is comfortable filming with a phone and/or camera
• Has basic to strong photography skills
• Can edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software
• Understands hooks, pacing, captions and what keeps people watching
• Keeps up with social media trends
• Can work independently and take ownership of content
• Isn't afraid to experiment with different ideas
• Is organised and can maintain a consistent posting schedule

Experience with social media or content creation is preferred, but a strong portfolio and understanding of social media is more important to us than formal qualifications.

An interest in LEGO, diecast, TCG, gaming, toys or collectibles would be a big advantage.

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
