Mechanical Fitters

KAEFER Integrated Services is recruiting Mechanical Fitters to support scheduled shutdown activities across Pilbara-based projects. This role involves ongoing maintenance and turnaround scopes within a safety-critical environment, with confirmed workload continuity extending through 2027.

ABOUT THE JOB
Brownfields Construction Upgrades to Iron Ore site in the Pilbara. Scope of works is Balance Machines – working on Reclaimers

ABOUT YOU

· Experience with heavy and fixed plant

· Knowledge of slew drives, conveyor systems, bucket wheels

· Skilled and knowledge of hydraulic systems

· Experience working on valves

· Assisting Riggers with dis-assembly and re-assembly of large components

· Strong communication skills

· Problem Solver with high attention to detail

Qualifications

· Australian Recognised Trade Certificate

· Working at Heights (within 2 years)

· Confined Space (within 2 years)

· OHS Construction Industry White Card

· Proof of Entitlement to work in Australia
