Cert III and Diploma Educators - Camperdown

We are currently seeking amazing Educators to join the team at our architecturally designed Early Childhood service in Camperdown!

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Inclusive of others, with a positive and collaborative attitude
• Motivated to build respectful and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community while maintaining professional boundaries
• Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and willingness to grow with the service
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
• Shows an interest in understanding and exploring RIE and floor book approaches
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at own cost).

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working with Children Check
• Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including child safeguarding responsibilities
• Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, particularly across multiple age groups or open to this type of arrangement
• Available for full-time or part-time work 4 or 5 days a week between the hours of 7:30am-6pm, with flexibility as required
• ACECQA approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards). Degree qualified Teachers are not needed and therefore are not being considered for this role at present
• Current Food Safety training, with a certificate to be provided*
• Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk, with evidence to be provided*
• Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided*

*To be completed prior to your first working shift.
