Agentic AI Engineer – Tech LeadExperience: 8+ YearsKey Requirements6–10 years of experience in production Azure environments.Strong hands-on experience with Python and scripting.Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or similar.Experience building RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-powered applications.Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.Experience with Azure PaaS services including Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, App Services, Container Apps/AKS, APIM, Azure Functions, Storage, Monitor, and Application Insights.Experience with Azure Cosmos DB (MongoDB API preferred) and vector databases.Strong understanding of Private Endpoints, Private DNS, Zero-Trust networking, and secretless authentication using Entra ID and Managed Identities.Experience implementing enterprise observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, LangSmith, or similar tools.Experience with AI/LLM Gateway patterns, model routing, and integration with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI services.PreferredExperience with LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Databricks, MLflow, AKS, and Kubernetes.Exposure to Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or other foundation models.Previous experience leading AI engineering teams and delivering production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
