Pharmacy Assistant & Webster Packing Role

Vale Discount Pharmacy – Brookvale, Sydney Northern Beaches

We are looking for a committed, reliable and enthusiastic team member who has a passion for health and enjoys providing exceptional customer service to our local community.

Local applicants will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Webster packing and medication packing. Full Webster-packing training will be provided to the successful candidate.

• Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and providing friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service.

• Receiving, processing and entering orders into the POS system.

• Assisting with general pharmacy duties and supporting the pharmacy team as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in English is essential, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is highly desirable.

• A genuine interest in pharmacy, health and patient care.

• A willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge within the pharmacy field.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently as part of a team.

Work Eligibility

Applicants must be currently located in Australia and have valid Australian working rights.
