About the role
Holmesglen Private Hospital are on the lookout for Registered Nurses to join their passionate Oncology/Medical ward on a full time or part-time basis.
Please note a Minimum 3 years' experience in Medical Oncology, Palliative Care or complex cases is essential for this role.

The Hospital includes; 147 beds across 5 Wards providing Medical, Surgical and Rehabilitation Services, combined Intensive Care and Coronary Care Unit, Emergency Department, 7 Operating Suites, Catheter Laboratory, Day of Surgery Admission and Day Infusion/Oncology Services.

As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:
· Deliver evidence-based nursing care
· Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
· Ensure patient and staff safety
· Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care
· Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
Essential Criteria:
· Current Registration with AHPRA
· Competency in chemotherapy administration will be highly regarded
· Working with Children check
· Commitment to Quality Patient Care
· Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
· Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Works well independently and within a team
· Basic computer skills

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope Victoria - Nurses' and Midwives' Enterprise Agreement 2026" (salaries range between $40.42 to $53.69 per hour).
