Are you an experienced café professional with a passion for great coffee, exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team?

Bang Bang Coffee is looking for a motivated and hands-on Full-Time Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy drive-through coffee shop.

About the Role

As Café Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business while maintaining our high standards of quality, service, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, working alongside your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of our busy drive-through café.

• Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and beverages.

• Prepare fresh café-style food.

• Order stock and manage inventory levels.

• Lead, train and support a team of café staff.

• Create staff rosters and manage day-to-day staffing requirements.

• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workplace.

• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, Workplace Health & Safety requirements, and company procedures.

• Monitor food quality, presentation and stock rotation.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience managing or supervising a café or hospitality venue.

• Strong barista skills with experience using commercial espresso machines.

• Experience preparing café-style food.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety practices.

• Current Food Safety qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
